Before we begin working together, we will review and agree upon all policies and a working agreement, or contract, will be signed by both parties.

Client Involvement
I welcome all clients to join in the decision making. It helps the process move along faster and helps prevent disposal of items that client would like to keep.
Children are also welcomed to be involved in sorting, organizing, or discussing of ideas pertaining to their possessions. Children should not be present during time of execution in order to ensure child safety and make process go by smoothly.
You may choose to be more or less involved due to inflexible times or other reasons.
Hourly & Package Rates
Once a package has been purchased, I will honor the package in full. Packages expire after six months of purchase date.
Billing and Payments
Clients will choose to pay cash or check.
Payments are due on the first day that services are rendered.
Payment plan option can be selected if and only if agreements between client and myself were made.
If package hours are completed and you need additional services, I will provide a 30% discount on your next service order. If you refer me to your friends and family, I will provide a 25% discount to your next service order and a 25% discount to those who book a service with me.
Client acknowledges that payment is due on date of first service that is rendered or upon a payment plane designed for client. Ask me about a potential DISCOUNT!
Reminder
Karen will provide an email reminder 7 days prior to upcoming appointments and a 4 day phone call reminder.
Photograph
Pictures will be used to keep track of the progress of organizational projects. This is for my personal reference and will not be used publicly unless client signs a release of pictures form.
Cancelations and Refunds
There are NO refunds, I pride myself on ensuring that clients feel satisfied with the service I provide.
Cancellations made with 48 hours will be honored and not credited, that is, if we scheduled a 3 hour session, client can use them for future use (reschedule).
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours will be honored at 50% of scheduled time, meaning if we have a 3 hour session, clients will be able to use 1.5 hours for future use.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice will be credited, meaning that if we have a 3 hour scheduled and client cancels, the client will not be able to receive those three hours of service for future use.
If Karen is to cancel appointment for whatever reason, sessions will be rescheduled and not credited, that is, if we scheduled a 3 hour session, client can use them for future use (reschedule).
Confidentiality
The privacy of all clients are protected. I will not discuss or disclose our working relationship with anyone, unless authorized to do so by client or law. If any areas of the home are not accessible to myself, prior notice should be made.
Liability Waiver and Release
Client acknowledges that personal items and/or property may be inadvertently damaged or thrown away during decluttering process. Client agrees that Karen will not be liable for loss or damage as a result of services provided. Client provides a safe environment for work to be performed. If unsafe conditions exist, Clients will notify Karen prior to any appointment times. Client may be liable for any injuries caused by unsafe working area. Client acknowledges that they have read and agreed to the terms and policies of this work agreement. Client also acknowledges that terms and conditions can be changed at anytime by Karen if need be.
